UK Flag TPU Patches, made of high quality, lightweight, durable Thermoplastic Polyurethane.

Pick from all black or full colour, textured or non textured.

TPU Patches are weatherproof and long-lasting.

Easily apply with Hook & Loop or Sew-On/Heat Transfer.

Perfect for a variety of applications, from outdoor wear to uniforms.

  • SIZE: 75 x 45MM
  • BACKING: SEW-ON/HEAT TRANSFER or HOOK & LOOP
  • BORDER: LASER CUT

Heat press, general application instructions (may need to be adapted based on garment and heat press):

Set the heat press to 150-175°C, 3-10KG of pressure.

Using a teflon/transfer sheet, pre-heat the garment in the heat press for 20 seconds.

Place the TPU Patch on the garment and secure it in place with heat proof tape.

Turn the garment inside out, so heat is being applied to the reverse of the patch.

Place a silicone pad directly over the front of the patch and a teflon sheet over the garment where it will come into contact with the heat press, now press for 12-15 seconds.

Peel away the clear carrier and thermal tape.
