DTF Gang Sheets are a fantastic solution for offering 'on demand' or 'on the fly' customisation for clothing. DTF Transfer Printing Services from Aspinline!

Our customers use them in the following ways:

  • Customisation booth at events, for quickly adding graphics to garments in minutes.
  • Adding team numbers, names and logos to sports kits.
  • Promoting a new fashion release or event by offering customisation in-store.
  • Marketplace sellers: Keeping low stock of garments and printing them as required.

DTF Gang Sheets are less messy than screen printing and offer more design flexibility.

We offer 3 sheet sizes that you can fill up with as many designs as you like, just make sure to leave space for cutting out.

You can do whatever you like on each sheet you order. You could repeat the same design over and over or have loads of different designs. It's up to you.

Delivery

This is a custom product with a standard lead time of 3 business days.

Next business day delivery is available if your order is placed before 12pm.

Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm on a Friday.

Same day collection (from Bristol, UK) is available for orders placed before 12pm.

The order will be sent Royal Mail or DHL UK.

We will use the gang sheet you create to go directly to print.

Application Instructions

Application instructions using a Heat Press:

(Please note these instructions may need to be adjusted based on material and the heat press that you use. So please test thoroughly beforehand to find the right balance.)

  1. Pre-press the surface for 3–5 seconds to create a flat surface.
  2. Make sure there are no seams or anything that will interfere with the pressure.
  3. The typical temperature range for DTF is 280–325°F / 135-162°C.
  4. Apply moderate to firm pressure for 10 seconds.
  5. Allow the DTF transfer print to cool for a few seconds before peeling.
  6. Finally repress for 3-5 seconds with a cover sheet.

Recommended materials for application:

  • 100% Cotton
  • 100% Polyester
  • Cotton / Polyester blends
  • Nylon
  • Tri-blends

Washing Instructions

Washing instructions:

  • Wash inside out at 30 degrees Celsius.
  • Do not directly iron over DTF transfers.
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not bleach
